A pond is a living thing. We build ours to be looked after for decades.

Anybody can dig a hole and drop a liner in it. The difference shows up in year eight, when the pump is still quiet, the water is still clear, and the fish you bought as a hand-length baby is the size of your forearm.

We've never chased reviews. Twenty years in, ninety percent of our clients have been with Josh more than ten years, and most new work still comes from somebody telling a neighbour over a fence. The people behind it

Josh and Melissa Smith.

We didn't start this from scratch. Josh spent years at Woodland Water Gardens, and when its owners offered him the business, we bought it and made it our own. Josh runs the water, the stone and the light. Melissa runs everything else. Neither of us wants to get big — the moment you do, you have to charge like it.

Woodland's owners offered Josh the business. We bought it, put our own name on it, and kept the clients — 180+ across Northeast Indiana, ninety percent of them with Josh more than ten years. In this line of work that's the only review that counts.

Property managers: we already wash for a hospital.

We currently handle commercial pressure washing for Parkview Health in Fort Wayne — the family park at Parkview Community Hospital, and the entryways at Parkview North and Parkview Randallia. Sidewalks, drive lanes, dumpster pads, patios and building exteriors, scheduled around your hours, not ours. Licensed, insured, and small enough that you get the owner's phone number.

Swinging for Habitat for Humanity

We're proud to be part of the Habitat for Humanity charity golf outing in Fort Wayne, alongside John Lowery Flooring — a friend of the business and one of Josh's pond clients going on twenty years. Habitat builds houses for families in our own county, which is about as close to home as giving gets.
